Marcio Astrini, environmentalist with training in public management, constitutional law and public policies. He has extensive experience in the National Congress, Federal Government and the third sector. He is Executive Secretary of the Climate Observatory, a network made up of 95 Brazilian civil society organizations that have been working on the socio-environmental and climate agenda for 20 years.
