PhD in Public Administration and Government from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas School of Business Administration (FGV-EAESP) with a doctoral internship at the Center of Latin American Studies (CLAS) at the University of Cambridge. Master in Public Administration from the same university and graduated in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo. She is executive director of the Brazilian Public Security Forum.
