PhD and Master in Political Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Visiting professor in the Postgraduate course in Political Science at the Fundação Escola de Sociologia e Política de São Paulo (FESPSP) and Professor in the Graduate course in Public Management at the School of Higher Education at the Fundação Instituto de Pesquisa Econômica (FipeEES). Researcher at the Latin America Research Center (NUPESAL-UFRGS). She has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations (ESPM, 2013) and in Public Policies (UFRGS-2019), with a Postgraduate Degree in Strategy and Contemporary International Relations (UFRGS, 2017). Author of the book Fake News and the 2018 Elections: How to Combat Disinformation by Appris (2020) and other publications in national and international periodicals. She works as a researcher and consultant on topics related to political education, public policies, media education, combating misinformation, social projects and youth.
