Coordinator of the Technology and Communication Center (NuTeC/PUC-Rio). PhD from the Postgraduate Program in Communication at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and master's degree from the same institution. He also published the book #vaipracuba – The genesis of right-wing networks on Facebook. Received the Professor Eduardo Peñuela Cañizal Compós de Theses Award from the National Association of Postgraduate Programs in Communication, Best Thesis of 2019 category; and the Award for Best Doctoral Thesis in the Humanities Category at UFF.
