Court orders exclusion of Marçal's video for questioning the fairness of the election

Marçal's post is reported to the STF and TSE for putting the integrity of the electoral process at risk

The Democracy in Check Institute reported to the Supreme Federal Court and the Superior Electoral Court a publication by Pablo Marçal that casts doubt on the integrity of the electoral process. The communication was made to the offices of the presidents of the respective Courts, Luís Roberto Barroso and Cármen Lúcia.
