A survey by the Democracy in Check Institute also mapped the main themes and narratives used by each of the camps throughout the crisis.

A survey released by Democracy in Check Institute (DX) this Friday, 10th, mapped the main differences in behavior of left, right and the press on social media during the methanol crisis.

The research found that both in Instagram how much in X (formerly Twitter), press ended up leading the debate on methanol, followed by left. right, the report says, maintained “unusual” silence in the face of the crisis. The period analyzed was between September 27th and October 8nd.
