PhD candidate in Political Science at the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences (ISCSP) at the University of Lisbon, from which she received a master's degree in the same field. She is a researcher at the Center for Administration and Public Policy (CAPP/ISCSP) and a Visiting Professor at the São Paulo School of Sociology and Politics Foundation (FESPSP). She served as a Visiting Researcher at the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) and the Weizenbaum Institute (Germany). She holds a BA in Social Sciences (UFRGS) and International Relations (ESPM). She has completed internships at the Political Observatory (Portugal) and the V-Dem Institute (Sweden). Her research interests include political behavior, democracy, participation, and political mobilization, with a focus on social media and public opinion.
