The “Regional Hubs” project monitored the use of social media and artificial intelligence technologies during the 2024 municipal elections on TikTok. The project brought together nine research groups in different Brazilian capitals, producing 37 reports between August and November. This final report presents a national overview of the use of TikTok by candidates and parties, highlights disinformation practices during the electoral period and analyzes the use of short videos in the monitored capitals.
