Mentions of Flávio Bolsonaro skyrocketed from less than 100,000 to a peak of 477,000 citations on December 6th after he was named the PL's pre-candidate for president. Previously, the volume was low and related to a disagreement with Michelle Bolsonaro and his subsequent apology. The digital debate was dominated by right-wing hashtags, such as #FlavioBolsonaroPresidente2026, and those related to amnesty (#AnistiaJá).
